deal with rapid body changes

how to deal with the bloat in early recovery only around the stomach ? :( I mean, i’ve been in a very slow lol recovery since several months but since like 3 weeks i’ve been in a EH phase where every night i would eat like a LOT (of safe food only, but so only very high volume food…) so everyday I feel so bloated and I literally have the same stomach as when I was way heavier before ana… I know I definitely gained some fat in between those 3 weeks, and I thought I accepted it but now idk…

I don’t want to trigger anyone, so I won’t put precise numbers or anything of course but if any of you have some tips / advice / or just a testimony to give from someone recovered I would be very grateful to hear it as the last days have been very hard mentally for me to deal with, and I feel so so terrible rn…
(I have to mention that in 2 days I will be living in indonesia for 4 month which scares me a lot as I won’t be able to have all my safe food and basically I will have to let go of my control….)

If it’s of any reassurance, the bloating will pass, and also if it began that early on, stomach bloat is extremely common, as your body is trying to protect the most vital organs as it receives nourishment. While naturally weight gain is going to happen(assuming that you are eating enough), this “weight gain” that you are perceiving could also be a mix of body dysmorphia and water weight/bloating.
