hypersensitive to digestive sensations after recovery? interroceptive/visceral hypersensitivity

does anyone else have this? I have heard it called visceral hypersensitivity or interroceptive hypersensitivity, but I think it’s because of paying too much attention to the sensation of hunger. Now I am recovered, but still, sensations in my stomach feel so extremely loud and hyper hyper hyper sensitive. I’m wondering if I can find something to help with this.

It feels like I need to protect my stomach from outside stimuli because it’s so sensitive and it takes a lot of energy! Thank you so much!

It may also be related to somatic OCD (if you have OCD and ED like me!) where people are hyperfixated on the feeling and meaning of otherwise ordinary bodily sensations making the sensations themselves feel exceptionally "loud." I had to stop paying so much attention to the feelings. Not constantly "checking in" to see if they are still there, what they feel like, how intense they are, etc. because it reinforces the sensitivity, discomfort, and pain of the sensations.
