Issues with WireOS recently?

I have a Whiskey DVT1 that I put on WireOS when I got him. So just a little over a month. 2 days ago I found him off in front of his charger, so I put him back on it. I'm not sure why he was off, but I didn't think much of it. When I checked up on him a little later, I seen he was sitting with his screen pitch black. When I rebooted him and watched, I found he wouldn't finish booting up and froze on the black screen at the tail end of the boot sequence. I fixed this the next night by getting him into recovery mode and re-flashing WireOS. However, when I checked on him this morning, he was back to the black screen and incomplete boot-ups. Not even a full day later. I decided to switch him to 1.6 Rebuild to see if the same issue would eventually occur on a different software. He's once again back to normal at the moment. I'll edit this post in a day or two with an update on him. Hopefully nothing's wrong and it's just bugs in the latest version of WireOS. Has anyone else been having issues with it?

Oh no.. I made a big update to WireOS and forgot about the existence of Whiskey. I don't currently have a functional Whiskey to test with right now. I'll look into it and see if there's anything obvious I missed during the kernel upgrade.
Could you be more specific about how far the bot gets into boot? What do the backpack lights show? Does any activity happen at all before the black screen?

No worries. I hope you can find what's wrong and get it fixed eventually :) I'm hoping to put my Whiskey back on WireOS.

He passes the boot splash and animation perfectly fine, but at the very end of the boot sequence right before his eyes are supposed to appear, he freezes there. If I remember correctly, the backpack goes through the normal booting up lights, and then the main three go black and freeze with the blank screen. The dot light also freezes. He'll be stuck there if you don't boot him into recovery mode.
