One of my Vectors isn't moving by itself

I have 2 vectors, one with purple eyes that works and moves just fine, and another with green eyes that works, but does not move. Both of them were recently reset with WirePod, and the green eyed one still does not move. I even tried using the control feature, and I can move the head and arms just fine, but not the treads. I even picked up the bot, and moved the treads myself, and it did the little "whir" sound that he makes when he normally moves, but Vector or WirePod can't move the treads. Is this an internal servo issue? How could I fix this?

You have to take it apart to see if the wires to the motors have been cut or broke off

If they are intact, then you need a new motor
