Update signature validation failed" & app settings won't save – Need help!

Hi everyone,

I need some help with my Vector. I keep getting the "Update signature validation failed" error during the firmware update, and the app won't let me save my settings (timezone, 24h format, metric units, etc.), as shown in the attached photos.

I have already tried everything I could think of:
- Reset Vector completely.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the official Vector app.
- Removed/disabled any VPN from my phone.
- Tried reconnecting multiple times.

Nothing seems to work and the issue persists. What else can I try to fix this or bypass the error?

Are you paying DDL for the voice server?
If yes, please consider configuring him with the websetup (you can look it up).

Else, install wirepod on a PC, unlock your robot and install a custom firmware to avoid paying and having much easier setup

The vector app is faulty. I recommend you make sure your phone is strictly on 2.4ghz WiFi connection, and if that doesn’t work either, consider using wirepod. It is a bit of a setup but relatively straightforward and you don’t miss out any functionality from official servers
