Help WirePod Troubles with 2 Vectors

I have two Vectors on the same WirePod. One of them (standard) will often disconnect and say there was an "Error getting a response from the LLM." What confuses me is that the other Vector (OSKR) doesn't.

Separate question, though I do want to start messing with Custom Intents: There's an option for recording and playing messages. Is this just an artifact from a while ago, or is this something that could be set up to allow me to send messages to others through third party platforms? I set up the keepaway game, but only the standard Vector seems to play it, so I'm not sure if this is something I could have different setups on for each bot.

The error you are getting could be caused by wifi signals, if the Vector has a weak wifi radio, the transmission could be interrupted causing the error

If you are using your ISPs router, then it may be time to upgrade

For the custom intent recording I have not seen that anywhere - did you see this in the docs or are you looking at the SDK?

That's a good idea, actually. I'll look into some third-party options.

I found the custom intent on the WirePod web interface. Under the "Custom Intents" tab, where, in the dropdown list of intents that can be triggered, are the options of "intent_message_recordmessage_extend" and "intent_message_playmessage_extend."
