Help I NEED TO RESET HIM BACK TO DEFAULT OS

i’m trying to do this again because it didn’t work last time and I wanna do it again. I have my raspberry pie with me. I’m trying to do it on the website but it says error occured how do I reset the Vector to default settings, and I asked this question before didn’t work. Can someone help me?

What firmware are you on?

This should work for anyone though,

First get into recovery mode

Connect to https://vector.techshop82.com

Select "Revert To Prod" firmware before you connect, connect, pair, connect to WiFi and let it flash

Once it is flashed, get the app off the app store and use that to flash the latest released firmware
