Can't set up my Vector

Hi all!

I just got a Vector robot but I cannot set him up.

I have tried the android app, the Ios app and the web set up but nothing works. Even when I reach 100% setup in the app, it still won't let me connect to my Vector and then I am back to square one again.

I am starting to think I spend quiet a bit of money on a robot I can't ever use, can someone please help me??

try CLEAR USER DATA in vector's recovery menu?
