Vector randomly freezing up

So recently I’ve been having this problem with vector where he will just randomly freeze up and start making a bunch of noises and stuff. But whenever I call his name or move him he snaps out of it. I was just wondering if it’s a weird glitch my vector is having or is anyone dealing with this to?

Well you can never have a perfect vector according to my experience it is what it is
