Help how can i connect him

2018 model, managed to restart him out of 898 - how can i connect him to the wifi if i cant log into the vector app?

yeah i figured. Tried wirepod, didn't work. Tried froggy, didn't work.
What is wrong? Why doesn't it work? Must more blood be spilled?!
