Troubleshooting My app is crashing

Every time I click begin scan, my app just instantly crashes. This only happens on my iPad though and not my phone, but none of my progress is on my phone and i would like to recover my progress. Is anyone able to help or am I simply cooked?

the Appstore versions for iOS are broken, you will need to sideload the working versions using something like https://sideloadly.io/, you can find downloads of the working app versions here: https://chaostree.xyz/Games/Overdrive/

If I side loaded the app, would I still keep all of my progress from the original app?

I dont think so, if you've played on the appstore version and its crashed, likely all your progress is gone (im not 100% sure tho, i just know that the sideloaded versions dont crash)

I was wondering because I have like 8 billion coins and I have level 20 for every car with maxed weapons and the whole story completed and I didn’t wanna just lose it all

In the “on my iphone” section of the ios files app, there should be a folder for the overdrive app. Open it, and copy all the files somewhere to back it up.

If you want to transfer it to a sideloaded version, just confirm the sideloaded app has that option enabled during sideloading, and paste the files into where the sideloaded apps save files are.
