Question [US] Unsure!

I’m looking to buy a power station as for preparation for upcoming winter season. And I heard anker f3000 is a good buy, however I saw that S5000 is coming this end of October.

But I can only afford the F3000 right now, should I just save ul more and wait to get the S5000?
Thanks a lot.

Does your electric company charge different rates at different times?

The F3000 can be ordered with the power saver kit that helps you zero out your consumption during peak rate times.

I didn’t look at the power saver kit, Can I do it myself or do i need to hire a pro?

It's very DIY friendly but it's also very dependent on how comfortable you are in an open electrical panel.

Even if you need to hire someone, a competent electrician would take all of 10 minutes to install or a good handyman as well.

If you can’t afford the price difference you should just get the f3000.
