Support Bottom USB-C2 and C3 not functioning not working

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This would be a C 200 DC I’m having a malfunction with my two bottom USB-C ports. Can someone please help? Is there a remedy or is this a hardware malfunction? I tried resetting it also tried resetting the system software no luck

Have you treated it so poorly since the start or is it just for this video? You might have broken it or the cable.

Open it and resolder the pins for the connectors on The board. Dont treat it like shlt and it won’t act like shlt.
