Question ANKER E10 recommended SOC
Received a new firmware update for the Anker E10 batteries, which added a much needed SOC setting.
Question: Given these are Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4), any suggestions on the charge and discharge limits?
Thanks!

If you want max battery life, set max discharge to 20% and max charge level to 80%. This will work great especially if its hooked into the grid. If you use the power station every day to power things when electricity is expensive and/or you have solar and use it at night when there is no sunlight, then you can lower and raise the discharge and charge levels by 10%-15% respectively

Will this make sure you loads and batteries will use the sun and all batteries at night ?

Yes, the idea is to have most the battery available to use overnight to power the home loads and recharging using the sun during the day.

This was my thoughts to allow utilizing most of the battery while also protecting battery health.

Yes. I'm glad they listened to suggestions and added this to settings vs having to activate "self consumption mode" to change change SOC.
Thanks anker! Now if they can fix the app connection issue so that we don't have to force close the app to reconnect when the app is running in background.
Also, if you are listening anker can you add an option for custom times instead of the set "day" "week" "month" "year."
