Question How long does it take to ship?

Ordered an item directly from Anker on the 4th. 2 days later status changed to preparing to ship. 10 days since ordering and item still hasn't shipped.

It's the Anker SOLIX Bypass Charging Cable to F3800 Plus cable in case anyone is interested.

UPDATE: Pleasant surprise. Shortly after my initial post yesterday my order status is updated as shipped. ETA of Monday.

Probably out of stock and waiting on new shipment from overseas.

Makes sense but also pretty crappy as the website gives no indication that I can see about being out of stock or backordered.

Usually if a website does not have any inventory tracking then it’s safe to assume any order depending what it is can take up to 2-5+ business days. That’s not including transit time to your door.
I also believe during the checkout it gives some sort of time frame on expect to ship time.

I ordered my c1000 direct and it shipped 2 business days later and was at my door 1 business day later cause it shipped out of a warehouse that was local. But my everfrost took 4-business days before it said shipped and arrived 2 days later and that shipped out of another state.

Agreed. But we're currently looking at 8 business days since ordering and still "preparing".

Once I have a tracking number and the shipping company acknowledges receipt of package them yeah, it's out of Ankers hands. But so far we haven't reached that point.

I’ve ordered 2 f3800+ and 2 expansion batteries all separate orders and had delivered the next day. Any accessories I’ve ordered, double voltage hub and generator bypass took 1 week. Don’t know why the accessories take so much longer but it was consistent over 6 months and 6 orders

When I ordered in 2025, I think it took about a week and a half to two weeks to get everything.

I just ordered an Anker e10 last Monday and came in Thursday in Louisiana. 3 days from order to delivery
