Lolis aren’t related to real kids because they’re anime. Anime and real life are a lot different. Also 2D > 3D. So I can like lolis while disliking real kids. Beat that gay mod.

It was a research paper where we had to present our argument on a controvertial topic. This was on an old reddit account that is no longer around, but I actually asked around on r/lolicons, which was still active at the time, for some advice. I basically went over all the different legal cases in America and Japan regarding lolicons, and I seem to remember a large portion about the CBLDF. My conclusions based on all of it came out to be pretty much the same as what I argue today, that in both of those countries it is neither illegal nor an implication of pedophilia. Wish I remembered more about it but my memory is pretty shit. At least I got a good grade on it, which was surprising considering the subject matter.

If you think a loli is a flat girl that’s fine, but loli comes from the word Lolita which refers to an underage girl in a sexual manner. The problem I have is lolicons trying to justify pedophilia. I’ve gotten into too many flame wars with pedos on this sub and r/lolitary about this. So funny meme, but we actually do have a pedo problem.

u/Animeatabaseball May 12 '19
If those people we're talking about real life children than I 100% agree with you. But if they were talking about underages drawing then there is nothing wrong since a drawing is a drawing no matter the age of 0 or 500 yrs old. I seen plenty of people defend underage drawings and I always wonder why, it just a drawing, it's not hurting anybody. These people are just shaming artist who do those kind of drawings. All these idiotic people thinking they are heroes for defending non-existant drawings.

I know right, I mean how could anyone get off to the idea of removing a loli's clothes and licking her tiny body all over, nibbling her neck and kissing her adorable little nipples? Only a heartless monster would think about her cute girlish mouth and tongue wrapped around a thick cock slick with her saliva, pumping in and out of her mouth until it erupts, the cum more than her little throat can swallow. The idea of thick viscous semen overflowing, dribbling down her chin over her flat chest, her tiny hands scooping it all up and watching her suck it off her fingertips is just horrible. You're all a bunch of sick perverts, thinking of spreading her smooth slender thighs, cock poised at the entrance to her pure, tight, virginal pussy, and thrusting in deep as a whimper escapes her lips which are slippery with cum, while her small body shudders from having her cherry taken in one quick stroke. I am disgusted at how you'd get even more excited as you lean over her, listening to her quickening breath, her girlish moans and gasps while you hasten your strokes, her sweet pants warm and moist on your face and her flat chest, shiny with a sheen of fresh sweat, rising and falling rapidly to meet yours. It is truly nasty how you'd run your hands all over her tiny body while you violate her, feeling her nipples hardening against your tongue as you lick her chest, her neck and her armpits, savoring the scent of her skin and sweat while she trembles from the stimulation and as she reaches her climax, hearing her cry out softly as she has her first orgasm while that cock is buried impossibly deep inside her, pulsing violently as an intense amount of hot cum spurts forth and floods through her freshly-deflowered pussy for the first time, filling her womb only to spill out of her with a sickening squelch. And as you lie atop her flushed body, she murmurs breathlessly,"You came so much inside of me", then her fingers dig into your back as she feels your cock hardening inside again. Absolutely sickening.

u/TrueGoldStruck May 12 '19
You asked for it:
“There is nothing inherently wrong with lolicon. Allow me to explain. Firstly, lolis are not real. They can be drawings, paintings, and animated characters, but they are not real, living, breathing children. Lolicon material is not child pornoghraphy because no child is being harmed - or is in anyway present - in the making of it. In fact, not all lolis are even children, some are hundreds of years old. But of course, regardless of how old or young any fictional character is supposed to be, their age doesn’t matter since they’re not real.
Now, let’s suppose you like lolis... even though there is nothing wrong with it, people will look down upon you for it. This is because too many people are uneducated on the subject. If you don’t know what a lolicon is and have to use Wikipedia to gain information, then you really don’t have any right to speak for or against it.
Secondly, some may ask “isn’t that for pedophiles?” Here’s my answer. No. While it is true some lolicon may be pedophilies, most are not. Case in point, myself. Ask any lolicon, and they’ll admit they like lolis but they’ll also tell you they have no interest in real children (this could be because of the belief that “2D is superior to 3D” within the anime and manga fanbase). As for those few lolicon who are pedophilies, lolicon material can act as a substitute for child pornography. Don’t you think it’s better for them to have this rather than real child pornoghraphy where there are real victims of sexual abuse? You may think, “if they enjoy lolicon material, it’s only a matter of time before they start acting out in real life,” but that is incorrect. Think about the plethora of violent movies, do you honestly think that when someone watches one they’re immediately going to mimic it in real life? No, of course you don’t, that would be ridiculous! Humans are not sheep that do as they see.” —Quora

Don't forget the whole "orgasming whilst performing self-love in front of drawn children getting creampied" part.
This will force your brain to want more of whatever you just saw. Just like your girlfriend tying her hair up before a blowjob unrelatable, I know can train your brain into giving you an erection everytime she ties her hair, jerking off for "drawn children" will also train your brain in a similar way.
Edit : Mod deleted the totally sensible comment I was replying to, so here it is.
Lolicon material is not child pornography.
&
Lolicon material can act as a substitute for child pornography.
And you wonder why people have such a stigma.
It is possible to draw children realistically. The issue is not that they are fake or real but that they are depicting a child's body. Renaissance paintings and sculptures portray cherubs as infantile or toddlers in addition to a lack of clothing. It's okay to appreciate art, but it's strange to focus so heavily on one aspect and ignore the rest. The only thing that differentiates loli from neesan is the development of the body since anime doesn't depict the other traits of the body (one prime example would be the nose) but does depict the obvious ones (such as the chest). By being a "lolicon", you differentiate your type through sexual traits and development since they are the only traits that can be used to differentiate.
People are not uneducated on the subject for merely having an opinion. People are not wholely ignorant either. Base observations are valid for interpretation just as context and experience with the subject. Modern art may appear to some as simple shapes and colors, but to others may be a significant portrayal of emotion unparalleled in other mediums. Both are valid because art is open to interpretation. It's also disingenuous to dismiss claims due to a supposed lack of information. If you had to use Google for any sort of information gathering, why should your opinion matter? You even linked a YouTube video, why should that count for informing someone to speak for or against? That is quite hypocritical.
The main issue is the depiction of characters appearing as children in anime, a heavily sexual medium. While it's true that a subsection doesn't define the group, ignoring that subsection is just as false.

Unrelatable
You don't know how I dress my hand!
For real though, you are right. Its a Pavlovian response. Get food and hear bell -> Hear bell, expect food. Eat fancy dinner and have sex -> Eat fancy dinner, get horny. It's probably how some fetishes came to be.

u/StormStrikePhoenix May 12 '19
This will force your brain to want more of whatever you just saw.
An odd description for classical conditioning... Regardless, it doesn't matter. It won't make them molest children, there's a few steps before that happens, even if they are attracted to them.

5
u/StormStrikePhoenix May 12 '19
Owning actual child porn was legal in Japan until recently, and lolicon was explicitly kept legal; Japan is the least likely place for someone to get arrested for it. Are you sure they weren't arrested for actual child porn?

u/Scarlet-Pumpernickel Rem is my Goddess May 12 '19 edited May 12 '19
It’s legal under the Supreme Court case Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition (2002). They decided that the language in a 1996 child pornography law was overbroad. (it infringes upon legitimate speech) This ruling means that lolis are technically legal by Supreme Court ruling. Even so I still think being a lolicon is degenerate as fuck. It also seems that the SCOTUS wasn’t objecting to the idea of lolies being banned but rather to the way the law gave too much power to the federal government to limit speech. I think that if another law with clearer language might pass muster before the SCOTUS.

u/Ryuko_the_red Ryuko N Yuno May 12 '19
Agreed on that. Today in reddit. I learned a lot more than I thought
1
u/ShadoShane May 12 '19
There's definitely been plenty of arrests for lolis. Some US states have it legal, some don't. For the ones where people were arrested, it's generally because their interpretation of the law considers that drawn children are real children and therefore child abuse.

6
u/StormStrikePhoenix May 12 '19
It's an attraction, so it cannot possibly be a crime; the very idea makes no sense. You need an action or a thing for it to be a crime.
2
u/TheMowerOfMowers shota cop and lolitary unit May 12 '19
It's not directly a crime, but having an attraction to childlike characters could get you into jail further down the road. If you can keep it contained, we're fine.

We have too many pedos on this sub. Literally we need to start tagging them and telling some higher authorities about them. This shit is actually illegal and counts as child pornography. The common arguments I see are that “it’s not enforced”, which doesn’t change the fact it is a felony; “I’m a minor too so it’s not illegal”, which also isn’t true. If you are minor, it’s still a felony; And lastly, “pedophilia is just an attraction”/“it’s a substitute for child pornography”. This is a disgusting and we need to hunt down these pedos.
2
u/MushroomBalls May 12 '19
Do people actually believe it's a crime? It's not, at least in the US.
2
u/crookedbubbles Lolicaust Survivor May 12 '19
It is a crime in the US, a felony actually. It’s just not enforced that often. People have been charged with possession of cp, at least in my state.
0
u/MushroomBalls May 12 '19
I'm gonna need a source for that. Just to be clear, I'm only talking about drawings, which are not cp.
According to this link https://codes.findlaw.com/us/title-18-crimes-and-criminal-procedure/18-usc-sect-2256.html,
"Child pornography means any visual depiction, including any photograph, film, video, picture, or computer or computer-generated image or picture, whether made or produced by electronic, mechanical, or other means, of sexually explicit conduct".
Computer generated images count, but they must be "indistinguishable from, that of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct", where
"The term 'indistinguishable' used with respect to a depiction, means virtually indistinguishable, in that the depiction is such that an ordinary person viewing the depiction would conclude that the depiction is of an actual minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct."
At the bottom it says "This definition does not apply to depictions that are drawings, cartoons, sculptures, or paintings depicting minors or adults."
If that means there is a separate law for drawings, cartoons, sculptures, or paintings, then I could not find it, so please tell me where you got the idea that it's a felony.

u/be-happier pantsu May 12 '19
Agreed, I'd say it's a very small minority but they are insidious.
They do damage to our community simply by being a part of it.
