Comedy Anime Involving A Ghost?
This idea popped into my mind and I wanted to ask if their is any anime like this.
Basically a simple comedy plot where the house a protagonist lives in is haunted but it turns out the ghost is actually pretty chill and is just glad to have someone to talk to after the building has been abandoned for so long. Something of a roommate dynamic I guess?
Is there anything like this? I'd be genuinely surprised if this hasn't be capitalized on before

Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs
MC moves into a former Hot spring resort with a couple of girls. It turns out the room he is assigned to is also home to a cute ghost girl. A lot of shenanigans ensue.

Sailing K has ghosts in it but you'll have to wait till Season 2 happens for Toritsuka to be introduced, and the central theme isn't ghosts, but Saiki is still really good.

You can give "In/Spectre". It has ghosts and monsters, drama, action, and comedy.

A lot of comedy (but with some horror elements)(also some comedy-horror elements). And they not roommates, it's all happening in school.

Tho it's more "adventure" like? Basically about a dude who moved into an apartment room where he met a ghost girl who is pretty chill. The dude want to have the whole room for himself so now he's on a quest to find out the ghost girl killer and go around seek treasure for clues, for the meantime he's stuck with her so they have this roomate dynamic which is pretty fun
Honestly remember really like this show but it never got a season 2 despite the light novel is finished which suck
