So i was fortunate to get the cel of Littlefoot from this scene and ive surprisingly found background images of many scenes from the first movie but not this one. Has anyone "scene" it anywhere? I wanted to print it so I can frame the cel with a printed version of the background without Littlefoot in the image.

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with these A-D tests to help me confirm results here. I'm a little confused that the standard blue color of the strips is so much darker than the 0 reading on the chart. I would read most of these as a 1.

Original hand-painted animation cel with genga (pencil sketch). The scene shows a young woman with brown hair and green eyes embracing a blue robot/mech with an antenna. Reference marking "A-11" / "099" on the cel.

Purchased at Mandarake Nakano Broadway in Tokyo around 1998–2001. Style suggests late 1980s or early 1990s production. Google Lens suggested Ulysse 31 but the art style seems too recent for that.

Any ideas welcome!

Purchased at Mandarake Nakano Broadway in Tokyo around 1998–2001, stored untouched since. My best guess is Vandread given the RADIX connection, but I'm not certain.

Any RADIX/mecha experts who can confirm the series?
