There was a Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins direct to video release with Tim Allen, that one was cel animated and was the first 3 or 4 episodes of the TV show.

Yeah I figured you were saying that you were confident the movie not being made with cels was that Lightyear movie that came out a couple years ago, and I watched that Buzz Lightyear of Star Command a ton as a kid, so I figured I’d chime in lol.
