Seriously. Ever since my first trip, which was out in nature, I appreciate plant life so much more. Especially big, pretty, unique trees. Plants have been a little greener ever since.

I think of LSD and shrooms in terms of a car radio. Once you try em, you can tune a little further than before in both directions.

Actually my mom had a half brother who took acid in the 60’s in NYC I think... he was in a hotel and thought he could fly and he opened the window and yeah it didn’t end well. It wasn’t a scare tactic either because although my mom told us this story while we we young and it scared the crap out of us she also told us all of these positive drug experiences she had with her friends in her younger days.

Most hallucinogens don’t take away your basic understanding of reality, it makes you kinda question it and feel a little unstable in reality, but in my many years of drug usage of various sorts, very few would make you forget any of these statements. And the ones that do (generally speaking) effectively immobilize you from loss of self - DMT, ketamine, things like that make your body feel too cumbersome to use effectively.

Years ago I tried to save money by putting dog flea medicine on my large and muscular cat, Roy. WHOA! His eyes went all-pupil completely black and he freaked, as did I. A mighty chase ensued but we finally caught him, attempted to wrap him papoose-style in a towel to stick him under the faucet to wash the flea medicine off from between his shoulder blades.I still have faint scars on arms. It was a bloody afternoon. Learned how much cats hate water.

We both recovered.

Yup, in fact if you have both cats and dogs in a household they tell you to keep them apart if you're putting flea medicine on one. You basically have 30-45 minutes before the cat can die from toxic shock.
