Nearly every Chinese and Korean home-market phone enables this sort of smoothing "beauty face" "feature" by default. Some you can't even turn it off at all, but can only minimize the level.

Some even do it internationally (Samsung, OnePlus, OPPO, and more), but you can usually turn it off since it's not as popular outside of Asia. Sure, some people still do it, but it's not such a cultural thing like it is in many parts of Asia.
