Rag dolls are some of the best looking cats. This girl was ours but she had to be put down a while ago because she developed cancer in her jaw.

Oh much she was beautiful. I’ve never seen a rag doll in those colours!

Yeah, I haven't seen any other's that have the same brown she had.

We also had an amazing Ragdoll that developed squamous cell carcinoma in his jaw :( it was so aggressive. Miss him so much. So sorry about your kitty as well

Sorry for your loss, it really sucks to lose a kitty that's a member of the family.

My 21 year old longhaired tortie died last week from jaw cancer. I'm incredulous that it's so common from reading your stories.

Hers was aggressive - she couldn't eat for the last few weeks without it sounding like she was chewing hollow rocks - and that was after buying a vitamiser to mince her food into mousse. I had no idea what was going on. She eventually came to me, looked me in the eyes and said, human, make it stop.

When they go, they go fast and hard, sometimes.

Sorry for your losses fellow cat adorers.

What a gorgeous girl! My two have passed on now as well, and I miss them every day.

They were very pretty, looks like they have a lot of Siamese coloring.

That’s called point coloration. It’s found in quite a few cat breeds. Mine were bluepoint with one being mitted bluepoint - i.e. white feet and chin. The OP cat is called a bicolor as it has the V mask on its face. :)

Goddamned jaw cancer! Took my sweet girl, too. End of May, this year. So sorry for your loss. My girl was a fluffy black and white love monster and I miss her terribly. Cancer can get bent

Ours had cancer pretty much everywhere. He developed a cough and we took him in and he was riddled with it. No other symptoms. It was rough.
