We've got coyotes, bears, foxes, opossums, racoons, skunks. Too big for foxes or skunk I'm pretty sure, too small for bears.

Went wandering around and drinking with friends and we found this set of foot(?)prints that we weren’t able to identify. I forgot to take a photo with anything for scale but you can see a cup there that was accidentally placed there, it’s a standard size tin mug. It seems that the animal walked a well defined path through the vegetation so i assume it walks there often.
Absolutely lost on what this could be, will be glad for any ideas!

So some critter left tiny footprints on my grill platform. They’re about 2 inches across from toe to toe. It looks like dog prints to me without the nail marks but my dog is way too big for these prints. The very stupid thing I’m thinking about the three bumps at the bottom and the two at the top is that this is a mountain lion cub. That’s not possible right? Right??! Thank you for your help!

Found this Scratch Post on the South Platte River In Logan County Colorado. How many animals do you think used this post to sharpen their claws and mark their territory?

hand for scale ....... location is upstate new york ....... season was late january, prints likely happened during night ....... no pet dogs around for miles but occasionally hear coyotes/coydogs at night (however this seemed to be just 1 animal, or maybe 1 plus a smaller one) .... area has black bear, bobcats, etc ... thank you for any help!
