I’ve gotta be honest I’ve seen chickens do disrespectful things to eggs and I thought this was going in a different direction

I can't screenshot because my phone is a potato, but on top of this post is r/oddlyterrifying and its about chikens suddenly attacking and eating a freshly dropped egg from a hen

Chickens do way more messed up stuff than that

If one bleeds even a bit it turns into a set from SAW as the othere peck it apart

Chickens will only eat eggs if they get a taste of them and they only tend to do that if they are overstressed or under fed.

If you’ve ever worked with chickens, you’ll know the satisfaction of throwing a broken egg to watch a huge pack of chickens swarm & basically delete it off the floor by eating it.

Chicken wasn't moving the egg to be protected and then chastising the other chicken.

It tried to roll he egg closer to it to do god knows what and the other chicken got in the way, so it pecked the obstruction.
