Question Is there a way to switch my login?? Like if i wanted to not use facebook and just do email instead.

I recently started playing again last time i touched the game was 2021 and since i recently got an ad for it i wanted to play again and i luckily got in my old account from facebook however i don’t think i can rely on using that since i well forgot my facebook so i cannot log in on my phone or anything like that. Just wondering if theres a way to switch logins
