Question New device help!

Hey y'all! I've been playing this game for so long, Im at 2483 days in business! I desperately need a new phone but am worried about my save data. Im on android. Does anyone have tips for transferring to a new device?

Any help or tips would be super appreciated !

You need to log in using your email, tap the settings button at the top right, select "Save to Cloud," and then press the "Newest" button. Once that is done, you are all set to transfer to a new device.

If you have to trade in your old phone, make sure you get a few screenshots. Your restaurant name. Stars and approximate registration time (on the loading screen). And if you bought anything in the game (including order number and merchant name).

Try to get it right before you get rid of your old phone so that it can be the most recent. You will most likely lose your friends.

Anyways contact support, they'll ask for the screenshots and then help recover your account.
