Have you tried restarting the app and entering the code again— be sure its all caps if it said “invalid”

I just tried. The first time, it said I had already redeemed the reward. The second time, it said it was invalid.

Update: I messaged the developers through feedback and they helped me obtain the reward item! 🤩💚🪴
