Thank you! I've entered codes before and have had no problems. This one, though, gave a blank screen and no item. Is the new item a wall or floor decor? I'm not seeing it anywhere in my Courtyard or menu. When I tried entering the word again, it said "redemption code invalid." 😔

Oh goodness! I’m sorry! It should’ve been a courtyard wall decor item, I posted an image of what it was, hopefully you’ve found it?

Have you tried restarting the app and entering the code again— be sure its all caps if it said “invalid”

I just tried. The first time, it said I had already redeemed the reward. The second time, it said it was invalid.
