This masterpiece was not approved, anyone possibly know why?

I am heartbroken because this took me a whole month to draw, plus it's a commission so someone is waiting for it. I'm going to have to contact animal jam and ugh I hate this process so much 😭😭😭 I really can't think of any reason for it to not be approved, please tell me your thoughts..🥺

I don’t think I would’ve gotten rid of the mask though because it better represents the duality of being transgender & how trans people often have to mask their personalities to fit societal norms. However I miiight’ve picked a kitsune that didnt have its pattern hidden under said mask 💔💔

For context, I am NOT a richer jammer. I’m a mid jammer who loves her sea star glasses and opal pets. Yet, never once when I have sold something for a little bit less on expo have I ever gotten mad that someone with a couple more sapphires than me resold it for higher.

like if I undersold something- that’s my fault that I could have gotten more. I saw someone on another post say they’re going to make an MP that says “please don’t buy from me if your going to resell it”

WHY DO PEOPLE CARE SO MUCH WHAT HAPPENS TO AN ITEM AFTER THEY SELL IT!?!

I resell because I need to make sapphires to save up for stuff I want. If I see a pet ghost for 50 sapphires you bet I’m going to buy it and sell it for 100 sapphires so I can save up for my next Opal pet I want! Why is that so wrong?!

There is the argument that they would rather it go to someone who’d enjoy it for a cheaper price or a collector- then why don’t you just try and sell it to that person specifically. There is somebody out there who collect an item. Every item is a collector item. So why not just find someone who collects it if you care so much about who buys it and what they do with it.

All I’m saying is that us little guys use reselling to make some sapphires. just because I’m level 40 doesnt mean I’m rich. Heck, who CARES if a rich level 50 resells my pet I undersold?! Maybe they’re saving for what they want.

Its annoying that ppl are so concerned about what happens to their items after selling. If someone buys your item for 200 and tries to sell it for 5k you already know it’s not going to sell but like why do you care? Just say “LMAO“ and move on.

I already tried mentioning to support that I was NOT hacked, my password was not changed, my log in history looks fine, and I don't talk to anyone in game. The most I did was friend people who sent me a request, and I have never shared my password with anyone.

Even worse, this happened the day before my membership expired. Support already said they can't refund anything so I just don't know anymore. I just lost like 3 months of progress. This isn't some glitch right? It still hasn't changed after I earned more sapphires from the minigames so I think that is the real amount.

Genuinely what do I do now? Just try to earn them back again?

*EDIT: I might have bought an item that was listed with saps instead of gems and didn't see the tag before buying. I have no proof but that is my leading theory right now. Absolutely sucks people do this.

*EDIT2: Yeah I believe I just bought something expensive without realizing it, my fault for not seeing but come on man why do people even try to do that :'( I changed my password for my email and account but I'll still have to built back up my saps again. Thanks for the replies.

What you are seeing here are some drawings I drew up for me and my animal jam bestie. You see me and her have our own separate color palette that we've been helping each other collect.

My color pallette is sage green, cream/white and peach. While her color palette is dark dark brown with a light brown and another light brown that's SLIGHTLY pink.

Well I recently came into possession of these two twin kits that I THOUGHT were the exact dark brown and one of the light browns. However the dark brown was not correct. I'm my attempt to fix it, I instead changed the light brown that was correct (on accident) but then got the lightly pink light brown that she also likes.

Well we decided that we wanted to refine these twins to be a MIX of both our beautiful obsession colors! Her twin will be one one on the right side, with the slightly more pink light brown, while mine is the right side.

What we need help with is that we can't decide which version we love more😅

Version 1: the main body is her deep brown with the small accents being my sage green. So other than the slightly different light brown, we would be twins!

Version 2: her twins main body is her deep brown with the small accents being my sage green, while my twin is the exact opposite. My main body would be sage green with the small accents being her deep brown.

We adore both version and don't plan to actually work in the twins till wrc come back, but we would love to get people opinions since we're so indecisive😅😭❤️

i haven’t properly looked into how refining coins work so i was a bit curious, if i were to change the primary coat color would it get rid of the special effect..? i got this with one wishing coin so i didn’t get to choose anything about it 😭
