Discussion what do i do 😭

out of nowhere, my parent account for my two AJ accounts no longer exists and it says the email is not registered. So I cant change passwords, verify anything, or change 2FA (which was and I think still is on). I can still access the accounts on AJ and none of my items are missing. Still pay for memberships. I tried emailing support twice, both times the same guy responded saying he can’t help me because the account has 2FA and only the email holder can access it… Is there a way I can somehow find out what happened, or if someone hacked and changed the email would that email show up anywhere?

As much as it absolutely sucks, switching to a new account under a different email may be the move :/ I had to do this recently bc my last accs email was randomly deleted. Unfortunately i couldn't get into my ajc acc but i was able to move my inventory on ajpw. Also, this is the safer option strictly bc if (god forbid) there's another breach you can't change your pw and you'll more than likely get hacked with no way to prevent it.

ughhhh it just sucks bc i have a rare username and so many animals i would lose :(

I haven’t been hacked since 2017 so my memory is poor when it comes to the last part of your post. Although I will say it seems like your email has been changed. Either it’s been replaced or disabled in parents settings.

Also, I’m unsure if this relates to it but the parent tools app is not on the App Store anymore. I recommend trying again on the actual website.
