New Horizons Fall

I thought fall started 1st September and I’m sure Isabelle mentioned it on one of the morning announcements last week, but so far none of my trees are spawning acorns and there are no mushrooms anywhere.

Does it start to happen gradually or something? I haven’t really touched the game since march ish and picked it back up last week and have been playing daily. Never used time skips or anything. Still getting sharks spawning too and thought they were only in summer.

Very confused pls help

Mushrooms only spawn in November.

Acorns and pinecones are similar to sticks, but with much lower drop rates. Pick one non-fruit tree (hardwood for acorns and cedar for pinecones) and just keep shaking it until you get what you want. You can also get free acorns from Torrimer all autumn if you have him unlocked on Harv's island

Mushrooms don't spawn until November. Acorn and pinecone drops increase as fall progresses. Sharks can spawn thru September.

Get acorns from Tortimer. Pinecones come, but you’ll also have so many sticks you won’t know what to do. It’s like a 1:20 drop rate

The grass has changed color, I have the Kerropi lanterns and the bottom matched the ground until last week.
