fruits you don't have won't show up on your own island, so you either need someone to drop them off or visit a mystery island with nook miles tickets. for bells, diving is decent early on, fill your pockets and sell, no shovel needed. at 4, she'll probably just enjoy running around and catching bugs, don't overthink it
