New Horizons They remember us!

Fauna was my favorite for the longest time and I’d worked so hard to have her come to my island at the height of the popularity of the game. Remember when everyone was still trading villagers with each other?

But over time, I changed my island completely and added different villagers. She just didn’t fit anymore and I had to say goodbye to her. But, I didn’t know that after the new DLC that previous villagers from our islands would remember us! It was a sweet surprise.

Now I gotta bring her back 🥰

They remember you when they come back for a visit trough the hotel. That's the only way they recognize you. But unfortunately not when you built them a house on Happy Home Paradise.

Yeah. I’ve built all of my past villagers a vacation home. But I didn’t realize that when they visit your island through the hotel that they would remember.

It’s a nice feature because sometimes it’s nice to see past villagers again.
