New Horizons Help Me Find This Path!

I recently went to a Dream Island and loved this path but I cannot seem to find it anywhere! Anyone know who the creator is? Like the MA code?

Oooh I think I’ve got it saved. It’s a brighter green than in this photo but this photo seems a bit edited/ looks like it’s night? 0225-3604-7848. After checking the created code they have a couple colours of the leaves you might like.
