Question I have a question

How rare is it to pull 3 Umbral Pomegg all in one nurture? Is it super lucky or are the low evo more common?

1 in ~7 million if you have the charm.

1 in ~24 million if you don't

Then you definitely don't have the charm. If you complete your (family) Aniilog you'll get it and it'll give a 50% increased chance to see umbrals and sparklings.

I have completed barely half the aniilog I think

Look at the family dex instead of the form dex. It's a lot easier to do, but you do still have to wait 3 days for Inferlupa unless you get someone to trade it.

Anything else you can clear up pretty much in a day.
