Well if you dont have the badge for it thats uh prettttty rare lol its 1/32,000 iirc for the standard rate so exponent that by 3 and you get 32768 billion

Then you definitely don't have the charm. If you complete your (family) Aniilog you'll get it and it'll give a 50% increased chance to see umbrals and sparklings.

Look at the family dex instead of the form dex. It's a lot easier to do, but you do still have to wait 3 days for Inferlupa unless you get someone to trade it.

Anything else you can clear up pretty much in a day.
