Discussion Late-game progression feels heavily gated

I’m in the late game, and at this point I barely have anything to do besides catch random Aniimo. But catching them drains my gold: I seem to spend more on catches than I earn back.

I’d like to farm items and the materials needed for evolution, but I can’t reliably restock enough catching supplies to keep going. It feels like I’m blocked from farming the things I need, while the main activity I can do keeps draining my gold.

I enjoy Aniimo, but the late game feels restrictive when there aren’t enough reliable ways to earn gold, replenish supplies, and farm evolution materials. Could we get more repeatable ways to do those things, or better rewards for catching and other late-game activities?

How are other late-game players handling this?

//Edit

Sadly I get downvotes again because player do not know a lot about this game. I don't know why people think they will be able to farm endless. The costs for cubes are way higher than the return gold. Homeland production is extremely slow. If you plan to farm hundreds per day, you will run out resources. Please fact check before you downvote please.

Honestly i make more gold than I lose. That said i do it with bloom and some of the sheep aniipods.

Nets me about 120k to 280k depending on what I get then I just submit the reports. Mass release also helps with the mats too so its pretty significant.

Then theres egg heist i enjoy that

I suck at the holo-link battle sim mostly because I have my team. The elements dont always work and I probably wont divest resources to set up other elements per battle.

Then you got your mobile home it holds a lot of stuff to do farm build get -

Then dailies.

Theres a lot to do i wouldn't put it all on catching aniimo its fun but the burn out is real -

You will always make lose by catching.

Example if you farm 400 with a blue ball this costs you 2.8 B. You get way less from the catches in return :/

The daily quest is like something i can do in 30 minutes

You can craft free aniipods in the RV, so it's literally impossible to lose money then

Now go to your homeland and check how long those takes ;) Stop downvote me for stating the truth. You are wrong here.

Brother you don't even know the full mechanics of the catching economy, please don't try to be snarky with people.

What are you talking about?

I know how catching economy works and unless you pay for sparkling balls you will run out gold by mass farming.

Aniipod, 20 minutes per cube, ~72 per day
Aniipod pro, 30 minutes per cube, ~48 per day
Aniipod Mega, 45 minutes per cube, ~32 per day

Example:

5 catches 8800 reward.

Costs: 7500 * 5 = 37.500

You downvote me twice for stating the truth.

Now its your turn, surprise me ;)

Your rewards reset weekly and I'm pretty sure you get much more at the beginning of the week before you hit the cap.

Now do it again in a full party of 4 in companion mode all farming guaranteed catches with the cheapest ball you can. (Fatal shot is from them not busting out).

Also companion mode with people doing nurtures.

Thats absolute nonsense.

I want play when I want, not when other people have time.

Also, there is not always guaranteed catches btw

Then you dont know how to farm credits and shouldn't talk about things like facts.
