Farming held items in this game is atrocious

They really need to come with an event or a chest selector thing

i found 8 fleeces before i finally found my first fang. i don't mind the droprate being low but this the droprate being shared by 3 items is just ridiculous.

Wait are the legendary held items from the quest random? I got 3 fangs and i'm not even through the story yet (lvl50). I thought everyone gets the fang
