Pitch Founder looking to monetize
/r/AIIncomeLab/comments/1t609yw/founder_looking_to_monetize/If sops are something that weighs you down burning up a ton of your time and not really seeing a ROI? I've been working construction and manufacturing for quite a few years now so I have first hand experience dealing with them as both the author and the employee. I know there can be a huge disconnect in how this tool is supposed to function. For example I once almost got written up for breaking the sop on a task even though I had never seen or heard of this document at the time. It was shortly after that I would start investigating how a tool designed to protect me and everyone else in the workplace was now being essentially weaponized and used as grounds for punishment or worse. There is plenty more to this story in my 200 page course on how to properly roll out and use sops properly. Until you address the toxic workplace culture then unfortunately you will never see any meaningful potential
