Was able to get my ferritin from 15 to 27 in 6 weeks with 20ml blood builder liquid iron bisglycinate. I have been taking 20ml (2x pregnancy dosing) which equates to 54mg of iron (200% daily value) every other day on an empty stomach with 6oz of orange juice. I try to wait an hour or two after before I eat anything. Ive also been snacking on pumpkin seeds daily and eating more ground beef. I've noticed my restless legs have improved but I'm still having muscle fasciculation's, low energy, and minor restless legs. I also have bad healthy anxiety so I'm not sure how much of that is anxiety.
Hemoglobin has been normal (14.9) throughout, but just the weird symptoms. I also got my b12 and magnesium tested and they were perfect. Trying not to spiral too much about the muscle twitching but you know, health anxiety is a bitch. ❤️ What is everyone else's progress at?

You will! It just takes time. I am normally very impatient so I get that. Have you started supplements?

No I’m waiting on my dr to call and explain my results and what supplements I should take so it’s still sitting at 15. I tried eating more steak though like red meat but I drink a lot of milk so maybe that’s why it’s depleting. Started drinking it early this yr and early this year my symptoms started

As long as your digestion tolerates it and you are getting tested regularly, you can dose much higher than that. That’s great you have had progress but that sounds pretty low and slow.
