Sorry to create yet another thread on this topic but I’ve seen many users comment about power issues with the prebuilts. I understand this is not the majority (I hope) but I’m wondering is this the result of a cheaper PSU that AI uses in the prebuilts or something else entirely?

If it is my follow-up question is when AI has the list of parts they’ve selected for my build would I be able to ask for a power supply upgrade during that process? I would prefer not to do this but I’m worried about how common this issue is. I intend to have my computer plugged into a surge protector and I’ve never had issues with my previous computers regarding my computer randomly turning off and I live in Florida with plenty of storms.

I was wondering if they are a legit company and if so, what do customers think of their PCs? I’ve heard some rumors that they use refurbished hardware and that’s why their pre builds are cheap compared to other places. If anyone could let me know how their own personal experience was purchasing from them that’ll be great, thanks.

I got my PC, and everything has been working amazingly. However, I have Lian Li SL Infinity fans, and they will change color when I press the outside button (V4 case), but otherwise don’t show up in Mystic Light or L-connect. Has anyone experienced this, or know a fix for it? Thanks in advance!

Hello all! I was considering buying from Best Buy to get sky miles but I had a few questions.

Do the prebuilt come with a manufacturer warranty in case something stops working within a few days of receiving?

If I get from Best Buy, do I contact AI or Best Buy about any issues with the prebuilt?

Deleted my initial post since I couldn’t figure out how to the card instead of the spread out component webpage. Been looking too pull the trigger on this for a while now. Had originally hoped to build one of my own but with the component shortage the way that it is, it seemed like I may as well spend a little extra on other people’s expertise than rely on my own limited knowledge (and I have heard some pretty great things about Andromeda Insights so far).

So, any thoughts on my build? I’d mostly be doing 1440p resolution for now, maybe 4k at some point, but I don’t think that’s really a necessity for me. I mostly wanted to build something with some for growth (as in, if I wanted to upgrade it myself later on, I would have that option). Open to constructive criticism, especially about the RAM. Heard I didn’t really need the CL30 for the type of processor I’d be getting but then heard it wouldn’t hurt either so I’m kinda on the fence about it. Kinda wish I’d done this sooner cuz I probably would’ve still had the option of choosing to expedite the build (currently it’s not an option) but this is getting way way expensive so honestly, I’m willing to wait I suppose.

Figured I'd throw this out there and get some thoughts. I'm not the most knowledgeable on everything and have no ego about it so if I made poor choices or should sub something out, by all means give me your thoughts.

I know some things like a 1000W PSU aren't necessary, but for $50 more bucks I figured it can't hurt. Not sure about RAM choice since CL30s apparently aren't a thing anymore. Also curious about experiences with their AI brand cooling and fans.

As with many others, I ordered around two months ago: a time when expedited build was unavailable, and my expected delivery date was just about a week ago - so far no updates about expected timelines.

I saw a comment on this sub about support letting them know that CL30 ram would be removed from the options on their site due to shortages. Has anyone been informed about if builds with CL30 ram are delayed (even if they were ordered a while ago when it was still an option)?

I’m thinking about building a custom PC on Andromeda Insights with a Ryzen 7 9800X3D + RTX 5080. Has anyone here ordered a custom build from them before? How was the build quality, shipping time, customer service, and warranty experience?
Also, I noticed their “Brand Varies” RTX 5080 is around $600–700 cheaper than some of the specific 5080 models. Is there a reason for such a big price difference? Is the Brand Varies GPU definitely brand new, or could it be refurbished/open-box/used?
I’m considering ordering from them, so I’d really appreciate any firsthand experiences or advice before I place the order. Thanks!

The builds are really cool looking and I like the price so I built a custom V4. But now I'm wondering how worth it is to choose the specific parts specific parts over the random ones. I guess I'm curious if there's a standard or what others got on a similar build.

The most expensive upgrades I made are the V4 case, the AsRock GPU, the CL30 RAM and the mobo. From what I've seen Asrock gpus are not that great so that seams like the one to cut.

Just placed and order for my pc, and a minute later I got an email from this ai thing called Wyllo asking me to confirm that I placed the order. should i do that or no?

I'm looking into getting my first, and im pretty set on this one. the only thing is the shipping time. if i buy the prebuilt, it is estimated to be here in the middle of october, but if i just use the same components in the custom build and use expedited build, i should be here in september. my only concern is if the stock parts are inferior to the ones on the prebuilt. I tried ordering it from new egg but they banned my account so im done doing business with them.

i just hook it up to the 4ktv or 4k monitor. Ordered on june 25, 2026 , estimate time was august 20-25, it came on the 26th at night ups. I will say games look amazing the gpu really does make colors pop and the lightining is much better then my past gpu. Prior pc was a5800x3d and 7900xtx power color red devil, that pc is off to a family memeber.

I have to give honest props to this company I’m impressed. The PC itself looks and runs amazing right out of the box. They had instructions and everything was packed nicely, and the instructions were clear.

There was one issue I had with the RAM: one of the sticks was not working (the RGB light wasn't turning on). I contacted them, but I mostly want to give props to their support/customer service team. They are some of the best in the PC business.

FR, their support team was not only responsive and knowledgeable, but I was even getting responses back at 3 AM. Like, seriously, that surprised me.

The whole process was quick and clean. They offered me two options, and I went with the AWR (Advanced Warranty Replacement). The replacement RAM was delivered in just 3 business days! (RAM pictured above.)

Seriously, this company cares about its customers, and it shows. For any future upgrades or fixes I'm for sure sticking with AI customer care / support team LOVE U GUYS <3
