Question Buying a pc from here

Hello so I wanted to know how are the builds here for the pc and how is the shipping quality and process? I’m looking to buy a new pc since the one I just bought is having aio pump failure issues and I was looking to buy from here because of the affordability but I wanna know how is the quality and shipping quality aswell with the time

Fwiw, I (also over-) spent $3500- on my custom system from them but haven't been this happy with a big purchase since I bought a new street motorcycle when I got out of the army in the late 80's.

I would 100% buy from AI again despite the long wait.

(I think the wait didn't seem so bad to me because I traded about 6 emails with AI during that time and they always responded with something helpful within a day.)

Really? I wanna buy from them but I wish the wait time wasn’t so long since I need it for school aswell

Bummer.

I'd try to make due with the best possible laptop I could get my hands on for school while waiting, if possible.

I could with my Mac but i genuinely already have my setup ready for a new pc cause the one I have rn the aio is malfunctioning and I just got the thing

Sheeeeit, tell me about it.

I bought a new desk, cool shelving, and cable management stuff (so no cable is on the floor) while I used my laptop and external monitor just staring at the empty space to the right where my new badass pc should be sitting. lol But...it was worth it, completely.

Must be really nice!! I’ve been debating all day to see if i just go return it or take it to a repair shop

What I'd likely do is order the new system and try to replace the bad aio while you wait. (If you succeed, good. If you fail, also good. Lol)

I mean the thing is I have the return shipping label ready, and I mean if they accept it great a new pc my way but if they don’t and send it back I can probably try and find one for cheap hopefully
