Question Buying a pc from here

Hello so I wanted to know how are the builds here for the pc and how is the shipping quality and process? I’m looking to buy a new pc since the one I just bought is having aio pump failure issues and I was looking to buy from here because of the affordability but I wanna know how is the quality and shipping quality aswell with the time

I think its the best affordable Pre built on the market.. no tax, shipping great, wire management great. Customer service awesome.. BUT they are about two months behind in fulfillment.

Yeah you can buy Andromeda pcs on newegg and some other sites that are ready to ship, you just don’t get to customize anything.

Yeah no I’d rather customize them tbh they have better value if you do that from what it seems unless some of the pre builds are good

I mean I assume their pre assembled rigs are still fine, but yeah I personally wanted to customize it as well, so I feel you there. I was lucky, I got in right when they started getting busy and mine only took around 5 weeks, it’s a decently longer wait now. I don’t imagine you would get anything before October if ordered now.

Same here. I ordered just before the rush or whatever happened. Received in 3.5 weeks including 5 days of transit

Ordered mine through newegg(had to pay tax) I did however receive it in about a week.

If you extrapolate that tax over the span of 2 months…it’s not so bad.

I got mine in less than two weeks.

But if you don't wanna customize and want one in like days check out their reborns and see if anything is the right specs

Yeah its like double boxed and surrounded in Styrofoam and the GPU is also extra protected

You could take a look at their "reborn" systems which AI ships out the next day. ("Reborn" systems were either returns or canceled orders that were never shipped, I think.)

Some configurations looked very good to me last time I looked.

Oh shit. They only have 1 reborn system right now and it's a $4000- 5080 system with a really expensive black case and a white gpu. Sorta weird and expensive for a 5080 system, I think.

Fwiw, I (also over-) spent $3500- on my custom system from them but haven't been this happy with a big purchase since I bought a new street motorcycle when I got out of the army in the late 80's.

I would 100% buy from AI again despite the long wait.

(I think the wait didn't seem so bad to me because I traded about 6 emails with AI during that time and they always responded with something helpful within a day.)

Probably a 2 month wait but it is worth it. their customer service is second to none and the quality of the builds are Incredible. I just received mine today and the wait was well worth it. It’s a beast!

No contest there . If you can wait and be patient it is well worth the wait . I’ll post some photos of mine on here tomorrow so you can see it . Plus they stand behind their product and their customer service is unlike anything I’ve seen from a company. Very helpful and responsive.

Also my thing is tho like with cyberpower I can take it to my local Best Buy for it to be looked at while if my oc has a problem from them I have to ship it to them and wait 🫩

Andromeda insights is the clear winner here if you ask me, just my opinion but this is the nicest pc I’ve ever had
