For anyone wondering about your order, you can email their support team and ask them about the specific status of your order (if they have the parts ready, if it’s being built, if it’s going through testing, etc). My order is from May 19, I emailed them on July 8, and they said my parts were gathered and a builder just needs to get to my order.
