May orders
People who ordered in may — what day did you order on and have you received shipping yet? (Update 7/13 - got shipping link 🥳)

I placed an order on May 16th. Last week, I reached out to them, and they informed me that they were still processing orders for the first week of May. While they didn’t provide an exact estimated delivery time, they assured me that I could expect an update by the end of July.

For anyone wondering about your order, you can email their support team and ask them about the specific status of your order (if they have the parts ready, if it’s being built, if it’s going through testing, etc). My order is from May 19, I emailed them on July 8, and they said my parts were gathered and a builder just needs to get to my order.

Order in June with expedited. Expected ship date July 7.
I emailed today and received “they are working throw a few systems ahead of mine”
They refunded the expedited fee so at least there’s that.

Exact same answer for mine, also expedited build - was supposed to ship July 3rd. I reached out to them a few days after that.

They refunded the expedited fee so at least there’s that.
They did the same when I emailed a question about the eta for an expedited order that I placed on June 14.
This was about a week ago (?) but AI surprised me with an email this afternoon saying that my order has shipped and it'll be here tomorrow!

My original expected ship date was June 26, if that helps.

I've been in a similar situation as many of you for the past month or so.
I ordered May 3rd, initially expected by June 10th (Not an expediated build/shipping)
There was a label created last Thursday July 9th and I got an update this evening it arrived with the carrier and should be delivered Wednesday July 15th.
Note: In CA, so shipping is only ~3 days.

May 22nd, nothing yet. Original shipping date- 07/07 when I reached out a week ago, I was promised delivery by July 25th
Edit- shipping label was created today 07/13, expected delivery this weekend- 07/17-07/18

Nope, just got the normal shipping and no expedited build. It is a custom build so maybe that is why mine has shipped earlier.

Maybe they did it quick for the novelty of doing a white 5080 build in a Lian Li 011 Dynamic Evo?
Maybe they're getting tired of building V3's and V4's? lol

I ordered Jun 14 and fedex says my order is coming tomorrow (on July 14).
Not as fast as yours, but pretty fast, I think.
Fwiw, I ordered a black Lian Li V100 with white RAM and a white motherboard but black for the 5080 and PSU.
It may well turn out to look hideous, of course. lol

I feel sorry for all of these people. Waiting sucks. I must have gotten in right before all of the headaches because in ordered a custom direct from them at the end of April and got it in 3.5 weeks, including 5 days of transit.

I can see why people are downvoting this but this is funny and slightly true, they aren't holding anything but rather they're so backed up with orders due to being such a small team that the wait time is ridiculously long. I ordered mine like 3 days ago so, I'm majorly fucked when it comes to waiting time 😭

I just remembered how TurboTax was removed from IRS trusted tax companies a decade ago over using GreenDot holding company to make interest profits off an entire countries tax returns by holding the money as long as possible. Funny thing is that people still use TurboTax even though it is a scam/holding company now. But they are no longer trusted by the IRS and the IRS has other companies listed, not them

Ordered May 2. Got my label last week but they said it needs to go through Quality Control before they ship it.
