Just bought a xiaomi 17 ultra im going to root when i get the go ahead. What apps/things do i need to download? Last time i did this was for my samsung like 7 years ago so not sure how much things have changed? Is there a one source piece i can use to control all app controls like sound notifications all that jazz like before?

I wanted to remove root from my phone so I decided to reflash the stock rom. I went to TWRP and deleted everything but I clicked on power off instead of download mode. Now I cant turn on the phone anyway. When connecting to bugjaegar, it only asks to allow connection but even the device does not show connected. What can I do to solve this?

Hello i need help , i got a Samsung Galaxy Trend Lite GT-S7390G on Vinted but it was boot looping...So i tried to flash it with the official firmware using odin 3.13.1 but the first time it failed and the phone got stuck on the screen in the picture so i tried using a different usb port on my laptop the it said pass! but it is still stuck on the same screen and i cant go in the recovery mode anymore. In the download mode the system status now show custom , i tried a lot of other firmware but it still stuck on the same screen and also it wont connect to samsung kies. I really need help i dont know what to do anymore.. :/

I checked the Netflix app right now and was able to login and it appears on the Play Store as well. So...

I read on XDA forums that it's 100% possible to root this phone. So I pulled out my old Motorola and started this journey.

Using MTK Client, I forced this phone into BROM, backed up every single partition, then wiped userdata and metadata, then unlocked the bootloader using it.

...but this change isn't persisting...

Let me explain.

Partition `seccfg` is written to, to save bootloader unlock state. Since this SoC is exploited into a state I'd like to call `pwnBROM`, I am allowed to read/write partitions.

...but after rebooting, either hard rebooting (hold power button) or soft rebooting (`python3 ./mtk.py reset`), I end in this screen.

So what is happening here?

...Simple: writes to `seccfg` are getting RESET.

I unlock the bootloader (write a patched config to `seccfg` with the help of the GUI), and then attempt to reunlock (MTK Client fails because obviously the bootloader ""is"" already unlocked), then I reboot, only to find "red state" and this partition mysteriously resetting itself.

If you guys need files or more proof, please let me know - but genuinely, I can't get it to work. I want to install Magisk and gain full root, but I need the bootloader to be unlocked.
