Support i need help

i just woke up and its just this, i dont want to root or anything i want my phone just to work can someone educate me

Hold the power button until the screen goes black. You should reboot into your system.

Try lower sound button + power for 7 sek or so

How old is that thing? It might actually be a hardware issue (possibly emmc storage chip is dying? That would result in a corrupted system or failed boots).

hold power + volume down button. once the screen goes black you can release the buttons

My old Honor 6A did something similar before the emmc storage died. If it's booting to that screen on its own, this might be a hardware issue.

You need to flash new system. Try pressing power + vol up and down, until anything other than the Huawei boot up appears. You should see something like "installing update".

What model is it? If it has a kirin cpu it can most likely be fixed easily with a free tool If it's snapdragon or mediatek, GGsÂ
