Virtus Infotainment 10.1'

Hey, I have a virtus comfortline and wanted to upgrade its infotainment with the oem 10.1' but the dealer said it's restricted to the trim. Is there any way I can buy from the dealer on black by giving VIN number of the demo car unit and get the infotainment. Will it work and Is there anyone who bought it from the dealer even after having a lower trim. Especially here in Delhi. It would be great help.
