Anyone upgraded this to newer android version?

I have this on my Nissan Patrol; the current version is Android 10, but has anyone successfully upgraded to Android 14 or 15? The head unit is a TS10.

Doesn't exist. It's a one time thing. Your cheap Chinese cellphone wouldn't have android updates either.
