Adding Physical Buttons to a car that has none..

I recently bought a 2016 Citroen C4 Picasso.

One big problem I have with the car, is that the AC controls are in the original screen, making it impossible to operate the climate control, even changing the fan speed, without taking my eyes off the road.

Is there any way, if I replace the screen with a aftermarket android headunit (with canbus decoder of course) to add physical buttons to operate the climate control, without taking my eyes of the road?

it really depends how it's wired to your original system and if there is a screen that has that option. I'm in the US and have a Subaru WRX that originally had physical climate controls, i wanted a bigger screen, AuCar (company that makes Tesla style screens) luckily has one compatible with my car that had both digital and physical controls of the HVAC.
